We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organization. This role will play a critical part in analyzing business results, developing financial models, and providing insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a business‑partner mindset and can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate will be located in the Elgin/Chicago area or in commutable distance. The Hybrid work schedule is 3 days per week onsite and two days off site and available for more or on site meetings as the business requires.

Job Responsibilities :

Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key trends and drivers Build and maintain financial models to support pricing, margin, and scenario analysis Prepare management and executive-level reporting with clear narrative and visuals Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making Improve FP&A processes through automation and standardization Assist with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business/Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field 2-4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Experience with financial planning, consolidation, or performance management tools (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment SureWerx is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
