Start Date:
Approximately 2 weeks from offer acceptance We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Florham Park, NJ. This role is a key member of the FP&A function and will support the generic business across financial planning, analysis, reporting, and gross-to-net management The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person will partner closely with internal stakeholders and various levels of management to support both short-term and long-term financial planning initiative s. Key Responsibilit ies
- Support the Associate Director of FP&A in financial planning and analysis activities for the generic busi ness
- Assist with short-term and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and business plan ning
- Support gross-to-net management and related financial anal ysis
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendat ions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for internal stakeholders and manage ment
- Help ensure financial processes align with applicable compliance requirements, including IRS, GAAP, and IFRS stand ards
- Identify risks, anticipate issues, and help develop practical solutions in a fast-paced environ ment
- Communicate financial results, trends, and insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audie nces Qualifica tions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field re quired
- CPA pre ferred
- 4-6 years of relevant finance, accounting, or FP&A expe rience
- Generic pharmaceutical or broader pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including IRS, GAAP, an d IFRS
- Supervisory experience pre ferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint re quired
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-or iented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various levels of management, both internally and exte rnally Personal Skills
