Financial Analyst - Hybrid | The Woodlands, TXA rapidly growing service company located in The Woodlands is expanding its financial infrastructure and is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team. Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis function. This position will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while working with large data sets and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesPerform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadershipReconcile and analyze large volumes of financial data to ensure accuracy and completenessPartner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to support business decisionsUtilize Oracle systems, including EPBCS, for financial planning and reportingDevelop and maintain advanced Excel models to drive reporting and analysisAssist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field requiredMinimum of 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experienceStrong foundation in US GAAPAdvanced Excel skills required (modeling, data analysis, etc.)Experience with Oracle, including EPBCS, is requiredStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work through complex data setsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
