Join our Toyota Heavy Duty Team as a Financial Analyst !
The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Financial Analyst who brings strong business acumen, curiosity, and strong problem-solving capabilities to the table. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, profitability analysis, and reporting while partnering cross-functionally to drive data-informed decision-making. You'll play a key role in shaping insights that influence both current operations and future strategic initiatives.What You'll Be Doing:
Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments to support strategic growth initiatives Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to support business unit decision-making Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive-level materials, including written and verbal insightsWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levelsWhat Sets You Apart:
Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP Professional certification (such as Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst) 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficienciesWhere and When You'll Work:
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our East Chicago, IN office Monday through Wednesday and work remotely Thursday, Friday. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $57,250 - $73,395 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.World Class Benefits:
