Responsibilities:

Process routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes. Daily responsibilities may include analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry. Provide quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients. May provide advice and assist with training for less experienced team members. Handle branch inquiries and update requests received from clients regarding updates and research of cost basis in our Global Tax Lots system. Research and resolve transactional breaks that result in inaccurate cost basis requiring manual updates.

Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong understanding of rules and regulations, policies, and standards. 1 year or more experience is preferred.
