• Level 1 located in Chandler, AZ, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. As a Financial Analyst, you will be an active participant in program Earn Value to

IPMR/IPMDAR

data reporting requirements, including preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy. You will support baselines efforts and Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR) with customers while collaborating with cross-functional partners, including, Operations, Engineering and Program Management. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. In this job, you will: Prepare EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates and revisions Prepare financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts Provide internal and external compliance audit support Other duties as assigned Why you? Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 0 years of professional experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree No clearance required to start Experience with

MS Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the aerospace and defense industry Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance Soft Skills Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly Maintain commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics Excellent communication skills oral and written, with an ability to communicate financial and program information efficiently within a matrixed organization Analysis and critical thinking skills Curious about all the exciting developments with the Northrop Grumman Space Sector?

Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range:

$54,400.00

• $81,600.

00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
