This Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager and will have lots of exposure to the executive team, play a key role in strategic planning as well as assisting with board level financial reporting. This is a hybrid opportunity in the greater Lexington Massachusetts area. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Technology leadership to deliver meaningful financial analysis and insights on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against budget and forecast expectations. Monitor, analyze, and communicate key operational and financial metrics across Technology, Sales & Marketing, and G&A functions. Ensure accurate management of headcount planning, organizational structures, and cost center allocations across supported departments. Evaluate R D expenditures, including capitalized software development costs, to support effective resource allocation and investment decisions. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for Technology, Sales & Marketing, and G&A teams, partnering closely with department leaders throughout the planning process. Assist in the preparation of executive, board, and investor reporting materials by developing financial analyses, dashboards, and presentation content. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes through enhanced reporting, automation initiatives, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools and technologies. Support strategic and ad hoc financial projects by providing timely analysis and decision-support to business leaders. Qualifications 2-4 years of FP&A experience, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, or business partnering responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business functions. Experience supporting Technology, R D, Professional Services, or Sales & Marketing organizations. Prior experience within a software, SaaS, or technology-driven company. Experience with financial and operational systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and Salesforce. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
