Financial Document Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Financial Document Analyst for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential for extension or permanency based on business needs. The role primarily involves creating assortment files, which are retail analytics tools used to evaluate product mix performance and profitability, and generating various financial reports from different events. Responsibilities Create assortment files and financial reports from various events. Organize and review purchase orders for different races, checking for rates, missing information, and errors. Compile tax rates and load them into Excel reports for further review. Generate revenue reports based on data from races worldwide. Develop additional reports as required. Essential Skills Strong experience with Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup. Expertise in data entry and handling financial data. Familiarity with financial documents and financial data entry. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Professionalism and strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in reviewing financial information or documents. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid schedule, working onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and remotely on Monday and Friday. Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
