Financial Operations Analyst#26-05112 Lake Mary, FL 20% Remote Contract Starts 5/25/2026 Ends 5/24/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Financial Operations Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Lake Mary, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity that requires 4 days per week onsite, which can also be located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay:

$32.85 per hour. This position is primarily responsible for reviewing and creating cash, positions, and market value sheets. The successful candidate will ensure team members have the required application access, report discrepancies, and gather necessary information for market value reconciliations by coordinating with different personnel and applications.

Responsibilities:

Review cash, positions, and market value sheets Ensure team members have access to required applications Report any discrepancies to senior staff immediately Ensure all daily and monthly tasks arepleted on time Gather all required information for market value reconciliations Coordinate with different personnel to gather data from various applications

Requirements:

Post Graduate degree in a Finance stream; M.Com or MBA (Finance) is preferred 2+ years of experience in banking and/or payments operations (client transaction flows, treasury/cash management, or related areas). Demonstrated client or customer service experience, with strongmunication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues under time pressure with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data organization, basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (e.g., structured reporting). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

FX exposure or experience (e.g., settlements, confirmations, funding, cutoffs, or operational flows). Familiarity with incident monitoring tools, ticketing systems, or workflow management platforms. Experience collaborating with technology teams on incident remediation or process enhancements. SWIFT experience - Knowledge of

ISO 20022
