Job Description:

Financial / Investment Analyst We are seeking a Financial / Investment Analyst to support our client's enterprise IT investment planning, portfolio analysis, and performance reporting in a complex, mission-driven environment. This role operates in a setting where technology funding, portfolio priorities, and operational results must be analyzed clearly and presented in a way that supports sound decision-making. This individual will help connect financial data, investment performance, and portfolio reporting to executive priorities and governance needs. The role is intended for someone who can work across program, budget, and operational stakeholders to improve visibility into cost, value, and strategic alignment. This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. This position is hybrid with the onsite location in the Washington DC area.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, public administration, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant professional experience 7+ years of experience in IT investment analysis, budget analysis, financial reporting, portfolio analysis, or capital planning support 7+ years of experience supporting CPIC, federal financial management, investment reporting, or similarly structured enterprise portfolio processes 7+ years of experience developing dashboards, scorecards, or management reports for executive or governance audiences 7+ years of experience analyzing cost, performance, or portfolio data to support prioritization or decision-making Must have demonstrated experience with Power BI and Excel specifically in a

investment reporting environment
