  • Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive In-House Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst to manage our financial records and provide insightful financial analysis. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and run regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage payroll and related financial tasks.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or financial analyst.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
