Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between finance, procurement, and IT operations. In this role, you will manage vendor accounts, ensure prompt payment compliance, and handle IT acquisitions.

EST Key Responsibilities & Required Skills To be successful in this position, you must have 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
Financial Operations:
Reviewing, reconciling, and processing invoices and vouchers while adhering to strict prompt payment guidelines.
Procurement Management:
Managing large-scale goods and services acquisitions in complex business environments.
Data & Analytics:
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, specifically building complex spreadsheets and Excel Pivot Tables for financial reporting.
Vendor Relations:
Acting as a professional liaison to resolve vendor disputes, handle inquiries, and manage stakeholder communication.
Accounting Foundations:
Strong general knowledge of corporate or public accounting practices and budget tracking. Highly Desired Systems Experience Candidates with exposure to state-level financial tools will be highly prioritized: Experience with e-procurement systems (eVA) (1+ year preferred) Experience with enterprise financial management systems (Cardinal) (1+ year preferred) Knowledge of state or public agency procurement regulations.
