This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in federal accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit support. The selected candidate will assist with documentation management, reconciliations, reporting support, and process coordination while working alongside experienced financial professionals supporting complex federal programs. Responsibilities Support financial reporting and reconciliation activities Assist with documentation preparation and organization Provide support for PBC (Prepared By Client) requests and audit activities Update SOPs, trackers, and reporting documentation Assist with financial analysis and variance review Support compliance and reporting operations Coordinate with internal stakeholders on reporting requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to federal financial operations CPA-track or interest in professional certifications Experience supporting reporting or reconciliation efforts
