Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join a growing team. This hybrid role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business operations. The Junior Financial Analyst will review financial and operational data, assist with reporting and forecasting, support budgeting efforts, and help provide insights that management can use to make informed business decisions. This role is best suited for someone with a finance or accounting foundation, strong Excel skills, and at least some experience analyzing data, reviewing financial statements, or preparing reports in an internship, entry-level role, or academic setting.
Junior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Review and analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making Assist with reports, forecasts, budgets, and quarterly outlooks Support preparation and review of income statements, cash flow analyses, and related financial reports Help analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics Assist with financial modeling and business analysis projects Participate in leadership calls and help communicate financial insights Collaborate with internal teams on financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis Support reporting tools, systems, and process improvement efforts Handle ad hoc reporting, data validation, and financial analysis projects as needed Travel occasionally to the York, PA area as required
Junior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent related experience may also be considered Internship or entry-level experience analyzing financial data, reviewing financial statements, preparing reports, or supporting budgeting/forecasting preferred Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements preferred Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Interest in building a career in finance, accounting, reporting, or business analysis Fluency in
