Job Description
My client, a Boutique Private Equity firm is looking for an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits. Responsibilities Conduct due diligence on fund managers and support investment recommendations Analyze audited financial statements and operational processes Prepare ODD reports, Investment Committee memos, and meeting documentation Review legal and regulatory documents (e.g., offering memorandums, Form ADVs) Evaluate back-office operations, controls, and pricing procedures Track and organize data to support team efficiency Assist with manager meetings, onsite visits, and follow-up reporting Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 1-4 years experience in public accounting (fund audit) or financial services Exposure to alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Financial Services) preferred CPA or CFA (or pursuing) is a plus For more information, please apply or reach out to emma.bradley@oliverjames.com directly.
