You will assist with invoicing, record management, quotes, procurement and inventory, and daily mail runs. We need a dependable team player who takes pride in their work, follows through on commitments, and enjoys supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing business. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Flexible schedule, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Send documents to customers for digital signatures. Daily mail runs (we reimburse for mileage). Invoicing support. Reconcile vendor invoices against customer PSA billing. Assist with quotes for hardware & software. Process customer equipment orders and update internal ticket queues. Track & report on order statuses and shipping timelines to Service Delivery team and customers. Order, track & distribute company supplies.
Inventory work:
Label and distribute incoming customer equipment. Administer, restock and manage Technicians' Field Kits. 3rd point of contact for phone coverage. Other admin tasks as they arise.
