We are a creative and results-driven team dedicated to helping clients succeed in retail environments. We are seeking a Part-Time Financial Analyst who will support financial reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Analyze, compare, and evaluate freight expenses across multiple carriers.
  • Analyze and monitor storage expense trends
  • Develop and maintain financial reports related to freight and logistics.
  • Conduct forecasting, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Support special projects that enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
  • Perform sales tax analysis and ensure compliance across states and jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain roles (preferred).
Position Details:
    Part-time:
    25-30 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time within 12 months.
      Schedule:
      3-4 days per week; flexible workdays.
        Work Model:
        In-office for first 2 months; primarily remote thereafter.
          Benefits:
          401(k) with company match.
            Location Requirement:
            Must be able to commute or relocate to Lake Zurich, IL.
            Pay:
            $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
