Part Time Portfolio Lease Administrator Endeavor Commercial Real Estate Los Angeles, CA Job Details Part-time $38 - $41 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Word Customer communication Writing skills Yardi Filing Attention to detail Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Portfolio Lease Administrator to join our dynamic property and asset operations team. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role that sits at the intersection of lease administration and portfolio operations. Under the supervision of the Director of Asset Management, the role serves as an essential operational resource across asset classes. The right candidate is someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring genuine fluency in commercial lease structures and property administration across multiple property types. •This role requires 2 days per week work in office. Responsibilities You will be the primary steward of lease data and documentation across the portfolio, responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely action on all lease-driven obligations. You will provide the operational backbone that supports Brookhill Corp.'s day-to-day property management activities across a varied portfolio, serving as a reliable point of coordination between management, tenants, and vendors. Abstract, review, and maintain commercial lease agreements across industrial/warehouse, retail, mixed-use, and residential/multifamily asset classes; track all amendments, exhibits, and related documentation. Maintain organized, institutional-quality tenant files — including fully executed leases, amendments, correspondence, and insurance certificates — in both physical and digital formats. Coordinate and prepare lease-related documentation including amendments, assignments, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, and landlord waivers; liaise with legal counsel and brokers as needed. Own the portfolio's critical date calendar — monitoring lease expirations, renewal and termination options, rent escalations, notice deadlines, and CAM reconciliation windows. Skills 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in lease and property administration within a commercial real estate environment. Working knowledge of commercial lease structures, terminology, and key provisions across multiple asset types (industrial, retail, mixed-use, and/or multifamily residential). Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable building and maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and reports. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple active priorities and deadlines without close supervision. Clear written and verbal communication skills; professional and effective in interactions with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Strong technical experience with AppFolio or similar (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
