Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Investment Policy Committee's portfolio management process by sharing strategy expertise and market insights. You'll collaborate with Research Analysts, Trading, and Portfolio Engineers to strengthen processes and lead rebalances. You will communicate analytics and recommendations to internal teams and to top clients, helping to translate complex ideas into actionable investment guidance. This position offers meaningful impact in a values-driven, client-focused environment.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Monitor portfolio positioning and performance with escalations to the Investment Policy Committee
  • Develop options and derivative management tools to support new strategies
  • Propose improvements to strategy performance and execution
  • Ensure trading and rebalance activity aligns with IPC expectations
  • Communicate strategy insights to internal and external clients and stakeholders Tasks
  • 3+ years in a similar portfolio management role with buy-side research and trading experience
  • Experience with options and other derivatives; development, operations, or trading is a plus
  • Proven ability to communicate insights and drive portfolio impact
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets; proficient with financial data systems
  • Experience explaining complex topics to others
  • Desire to leverage knowledge to support clients Key requirements
