Role Description This is a full-time role for a Portfolio Management Analyst at Regent Venture Partners, based in Las Vegas, NV, with the option to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. The Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing the firm's U.S. portfolio companies. Core responsibilities include tracking the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, preparing comprehensive quarterly reports, and communicating performance insights to the investment team. The role works closely with portfolio company management and internal stakeholders to support value creation and informed decision-making. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting Demonstrated ability to prepare quarterly reports on portfolio companies' financial and operational performance Strong written and verbal communication skills English/Korean bilingual proficiency strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required Willingness to travel domestically as needed Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience Year-end performance bonus Health insurance Location Las Vegas, NV or remote from within the U.S.
