US-WI-Milwaukee This position is responsible for processing, mitigating risk and resolving questions related to Corporate Actions. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Gathers time critical information, communicates internally to reach decisions on each action and accurately prepares corporate action instructions for delivery to custodians within tight timeframes.
Updates client accounts in internal systems for corporate action transactions.
Identifies and escalates potential voluntary corporate action related risk issues that may result in financial losses if not acted upon timely.
Provides feedback and recommendations to continuously improve processes and mitigate risk.
Completes special projects.

Knowledge of corporate actions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated time management, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
Proven ability to manage risk, mitigate risk and make sound decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with BBH Infomediary, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX), Bloomberg and Microsoft Office suite of products.
