Job Description

Experteer Overview As a Portfolio Optimization Analyst, you support Portfolio Implementation and Optimization within the Portfolio Management Group to calibrate and monitor systems that generate firm-wide trade orders. You work with IT, IPC, and PMG leadership to ensure quality and scalability of optimization solutions. The role involves rigorous quantitative testing, analyzing trade order data, and developing innovative tooling to meet client goals. You will influence cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable infrastructure that reduces risk in trade generation.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Support portfolio management decisions through rigorous testing and quantitative analysis of trade order generation data
  • Collaborate with IT, PMG leadership, and IPC to ensure appropriate technology solutions and IPC quality
  • Assist in development and testing of new portfolio management technologies
  • Partner with PMG Strategic Initiatives to scale optimization analysis and training infrastructure
  • Work with client services to address complex client scenarios via education and custom optimization solutions
  • Guide and motivate team members to foster accountability and collaboration
  • Analyze optimization data, investigate root causes, and test new optimization technologies
  • Develop infrastructure to scale optimization analysis from design to testing and implementation
  • Support High AUM initiatives and internal training programs
  • Operate within CRD/TPS and Axioma Direct Tasks
  • 3+ years of experience in optimization solutions or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from diverse stakeholders including senior management
  • Knowledge of change management and independent problem solving
  • Master's Degree in Financial Engineering or similar field
