Principal Financial Analyst Waters Corporation United States, Massachusetts, Milford 34 Maple Street (Show on map) May 25, 2026 Principal Financial Analyst Req. # 26260 Job Family FI - Finance Location US-MA-Milford Pay Range Minimum USD $102,000.00 Pay Range Maximum USD $170,000.00 Overview The Principal Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Finance, Analytical Science Division Global FP&A, and will partner closely with the Commercial Excellence and Marketing organization to drive sustainable growth, commercial effectiveness, and ROI on strategic investments. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy across sales enablement, marketing programs, and commercial initiatives. The analyst will serve as a key business partner, enabling data driven decision making and long term value creation. Responsibilities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the CommEx and Marketing business Provide data driven financial insights that support strategic decision making across commercial programs, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives Partner with commercial and marketing leaders to evaluate business performance, build business cases, and assess ROI for marketing investments Support consolidated marketing financials across regions and segments Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario planning, long term growth strategies, and resource allocation across commercial and marketing priorities Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership Strengthen financial processes, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility into commercial productivity and marketing effectiveness Ensure alignment between Commercial Excellence and Marketing objectives and divisional financial goals This is a hybrid role based out of Milford, MA 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required) MBA designation (preferred) 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to commercial operations or marketing analytics Strong track record of business partnering with commercial, marketing, and finance leaders Very strong financial analysis and communication skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Finance and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI and SQL) Comfortable presenting to executives when needed Balances strategic thinking with strong execution and accountability Demonstrates strong judgment and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fastchanging environments Operates with integrity, transparency, and humility Brings a broad global perspective of markets, customer behavior, marketing trends Company Description Waters Corporation (
