BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Finance (Program Control) Analyst to join the the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Product Area under the Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) Product Line within the Command, Control, Communications and Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISRS) business area of BAE Systems Electronic Systems sector. This exciting and challenging position will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate forecasts and program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This individual will develop relationships as a full business partner with the program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making. This role is intended to be performed in a hybrid format , with the individual splitting their time between our office in Wayne, NJ, and remotely . To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must either currently reside within a comfortable daily commute of Wayne, NJ, or are willing to relocate at their own expense . Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 6+ years of work experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4+ years of work experience Experience working with Program Management, Program Controls , Program Finance , and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and processes in a Government contracting environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with particular efficiency using Microsoft Excel Experience managing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large datasets Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner Strong interpersonal skills to interact cross functionally Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot within Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Cobra Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment Skilled in implementing effective processes and controls Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$110617 - $188048 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
