$71.87/hour Position Overview This role supports a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, including major streaming platforms. The position plays a critical role in financial planning and strategy for Marketing, partnering closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Content Planning. The primary focus is on marketing spend forecasting, tracking actuals, and analyzing efficiency related to subscriber acquisition . This role will provide key insights to operational teams and executive leadership through reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Build and manage marketing budgets across: Forecasts Annual Operating Plans (AOP) Long-Range / 5-Year Plans Track actual spend vs. forecast, focusing on marketing efficiency and ROI Partner with domestic marketing teams to develop forecasts and provide financial guidance Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for senior leadership Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes related to: Budgeting Reporting Quarterly close Analyze marketing performance across DTC platforms to identify optimal spend strategies Develop executive-level presentations and financial materials (decks, summaries, reports) Coordinate with international teams to consolidate global marketing forecasts and trends Required Qualifications BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong Excel and financial modeling skills (advanced level required) Experience with: Financial modeling Forecasting & budgeting Variance analysis Quarter-end close processes Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming environments Exposure to subscriber-based business models Experience with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or TM1 Background in marketing finance or consumer-focused financial analysis Key Competencies FP&A expertise with strong analytical and modeling capabilities Ability to act as a collaborative business partner across functions Advanced technical and data analysis skills Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution skills Ability to balance detailed work with strategic insights Effective project and stakeholder managementPay Details:
