$85,000•$120,000 + Bonus + Equity About the Opportunity We are partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of data, healthcare, and technology. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of core accounting operations while driving financial insights that influence key business decisions. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to senior leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants visibility, ownership, and career growth. What You'll Do Own day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger) Lead month-end close and ensure accurate, timely reporting Manage payroll processes across multiple regions Oversee project/grant accounting, including budget tracking and compliance Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts Conduct variance analysis and present insights to leadership Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions Improve financial systems, processes, and controls Ensure compliance with GAAP standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms Solid understanding of GAAP Experience with project accounting (budgets, burn rates, compliance) Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, dashboards) Familiarity with Bill.com or similar tools is a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into insights Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or high-growth startups preferred Why Apply Direct exposure to senior leadership High ownership and impact role Fast-growing, innovative environment Strong compensation + bonus + equity potential Clear path for career advancement If you're a detail-oriented financial professional looking to step into a high-impact role, we'd love to hear from you.
