Job Description We're assisting one of our clients in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. They are looking for someone who thrives on turning complex data into clear decisions. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of finance and strategy — partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to sharpen our forecasts, elevate our reporting, and fuel smarter business outcomes across multiple entities. The position is hybrid in Hawthorne, CA.
Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve rolling forecasts — including scenario modeling and pressure-testing key assumptions — to keep leadership ahead of the curve.
Build and enhance financial reporting:
P&L analysis, variance breakdowns, and performance narratives that tell the story behind the numbers. Develop exec-ready presentations and business review materials that drive confident, well-informed decisions. Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to dig into revenue trends, cost drivers, and operational performance. Lead annual budgeting cycles — modeling revenue, expense, and headcount scenarios from the ground up.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field 3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role Solid command of financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, dynamic models, the works Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) ERP experience required; NetSuite a strong plus
Salary:
