The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical judgment with advanced modeling expertise to evaluate future revenue trends, growth assumptions, and product-level performance across a complex portfolio. Must have prior experience with Adaptive Planning and advanced Excel skills. This role will be hybrid onsite in Bridgewater, NJ.

Build and maintain comprehensive long-range financial models that project business performance over a 7
Translate income statement data into forward-looking forecasts that support strategic planning and decision-making. Develop a foundational planning model and enhance it with scenario analysis, growth assumptions, and revenue projections. Analyze revenue contributions across multiple products to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers. Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards using Excel, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI for leadership review. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions and align financial outlooks with business objectives. Support forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities as needed to ensure consistency across planning outputs. 10+ years of experience in finance, financial planning, or corporate modeling roles. Strong expertise in long-range financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex model development and scenario-based analysis. Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning and Power BI. Solid understanding of income statement construction and multi-year financial planning methodologies. Experience evaluating revenue performance across multiple products or business lines. Background in financial reporting and month-end close processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
