Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes Prepare and enhance recurring financial reporting packages and executive presentations Develop financial models to support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational planning Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance Partner with business leaders to gather assumptions, validate data, and support planning initiatives Serve as a key liaison between Finance and Systems teams to ensure forecasting and budgeting platforms function effectively Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and increase analytical capabilities Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for executive leadership Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required 3–5 years of direct FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics experience Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience working with large data sets and complex financial models Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP concepts Oracle Planning, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, and/or SmartView experience preferred Hospitality, vacation ownership, timeshare, travel, or consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements Benefits & Growth Hybrid work environment Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) and retirement benefits Paid time off and holidays Career development and advancement opportunities Exposure to executive leadership and strategic initiatives This Senior Financial Analyst opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with strong FP&A fundamentals who enjoys reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering.
