Overview We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the supply chain and logistics side of a growing organization. This role will focus on financial planning, modeling, and operational partnership as the company continues to expand its store footprint and distribution network over the next 5-10 years. Key Responsibilities Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for supply chain and logistics operations Build and maintain driver-based financial models tied to operational metrics Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement Deliver actionable insights on cost drivers, efficiency, and expansion strategy Analyze trends related to distribution, transportation, and store rollout initiatives Assist in development of reporting and dashboards to support decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business teams What We're Looking For Experience in operational finance (supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or similar) Strong understanding of driver-based modeling and operational metrics Advanced Excel skills (required) Exposure to Power BI and/or Oracle is a plus Proven ability to partner with operations stakeholders and influence decision-making Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment #LI-DB2 #
