Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst We're seeking a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to support core FP&A functions during a period of transition. This role is suited for someone who can jump in quickly and add immediate value. Key Responsibilities Own budgeting and continuous forecasting processes Maintain and enhance financial models Produce core FP&A reporting and operating expense analysis Perform variance analysis and support month-end close Assist with ad hoc analysis and board-level projects Requirements 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Details Fully remote (central time hours preferred) Standard business hours, no overtime expected Ideal Candidate Proactive, eager, and quick to dive in Humble, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions Strong communication and people skills EB-2790694650
