Lincoln, NE (Hybrid for local candidates; open to fully remote candidates) Job Description Our client is seeking a strategic Sr. Financial Analyst to join their Finance team and serve as a key business partner to executive leadership. This role is responsible for financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, KPI development, pricing analysis, and business performance reporting. The Sr. Financial Analyst will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, helping leadership understand profitability drivers, optimize decision-making, and support long-term growth initiatives. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and will play a key role in driving financial visibility, improving business intelligence capabilities, and supporting strategic initiatives across a global manufacturing organization. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $110,000-$140,000 Comprehensive healthcare coverage Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment What You Will Do Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools Analyze pricing, margins, inventory, material costs, and profitability drivers Build and enhance Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) models to support margin improvement initiatives Partner with business leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate actionable financial insights Support strategic planning, acquisition activities, and business growth initiatives Evaluate foreign currency exposure and financial impacts across global operations Develop data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions What You Need Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Business, or related field 5+ years of FP&A or Financial Analysis experience Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience Experience developing KPIs and management reporting Strong presentation and executive communication skills Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations Preferred Qualifications Private equity-backed company experience Experience preparing organizations for growth, acquisition, or exit readiness initiatives Experience with Alteryx or other advanced analytics tools Multi-national or multi-geography business experience Experience with FX currency exposure and risk analysis Experience developing Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) models Public accounting background MBA, CPA, or other advanced credentials Exposure to AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives Your Career Partner The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
