Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in global financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and integrity across enterprise-level financial data. This individual will work cross-functionally with finance teams and business units to support reporting, analysis, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Review division-level financial data as part of the global consolidation process, identifying anomalies or adjustments Perform analytical reviews of financial and statistical data during monthly and quarterly close cycles Prepare financial statements and reporting schedules for internal, regulatory, and external reporting purposes Evaluate commercial contracts for appropriate accounting treatment (revenue recognition, leases, etc.) Analyze and document complex accounting scenarios across the organization Provide technical accounting guidance to finance teams across multiple business units Review lease accounting inputs to ensure compliance with accounting standards Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP Support enhancements to financial systems, including consolidation and reporting tools Assist with system administration activities (chart of accounts, metadata, close tracking) Validate data transfers between financial systems and reporting tools Support statutory reporting processes and internal/external audit activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) 5-7 years of financial reporting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting principles Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle EPM / Financial Consolidation & Close systems (FCCS) Exposure to large, global enterprise environments Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting Why This Role This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, enterprise organization where you can: Gain exposure to complex, global financial operations Work alongside experienced accounting and finance leaders Accelerate your career in a company that values internal mobility and professional growth Make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment
