Pay Rate:

$45/hr Job Description We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support Sales Operations and Finance Management activities for a leading organization. This role will be responsible for forecast consolidation, headcount and compensation reporting, pricing support, financial planning, budgeting, and cost center controlling. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, finance business partnering experience, and the ability to improve processes while supporting key operational and financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support finance management activities for Sales Operations. Consolidate forecasts and prepare financial reports. Manage headcount and compensation reporting. Support RSU order-entry forecasting and SOP service-level agreement activities. Provide pricing analysis and finance partnership support for business functions. Perform cost center controlling and budgeting activities. Support communications and marketing finance initiatives. Assist with procurement and purchasing processes, including Ariba support. Provide backup support for approval workflows and customs invoice processing. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting. Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Sales Finance, or related fields. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP and procurement systems (Ariba experience preferred). Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Hybrid position:

3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Standard business hours, Monday-Friday.
