ExemptREQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Advanced degree, certification, or license is a plus. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, curious learner, self-starter mindset.
- Experience within manufacturing and/or technology environment Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross functionally ~5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis Experience in MS Office products with advanced Excel skills; NetSuite and BI tools are a plus
BACKGROUND
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, revenue forecasting, and managing operating expense reporting to guide decision-making, streamline planning, and drive meaningful business outcomes via collaboration across the organization. This role entails becoming the business's go-to financial analysis resource who will provide meaningful output to all business partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a shining analyst with a positive, can-do attitude, who can leverage their business acumen to help the business succeed.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and develop short and long-term forecasts and plans to help achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with Executive, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Software Development leaders to develop and maintain respective forecasts, including monthly reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with Sales to report pipeline and provide transparency to revenue and cash flow forecasting
- Liaise between Sales and Manufacturing to enhance Sales & Operations Planning to drive better business performance surrounding manufacturing and inventory management
- Financial analysis projects including but not limited to; CGS allocations, Warranty and RMA cost, pricing analysis, revenue categorization, inventory management
- Other special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned by the VP Controller, President, or other executives
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:
