ProspectBlue is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise accounting and operational platforms within a fast-paced law firm. This individual will serve as a key resource for financial systems support, reporting, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with finance teams, firm leadership, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day operational and system-related needs Manage month-end financial system activities, including support for billing adjustments, rate exception processing, and close-cycle functions Develop and maintain SQL queries, custom reports, and data requests for accounting and operational teams Troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and workflow interruptions across financial applications Support ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of the firm's financial management platforms Participate in system upgrades, testing initiatives, and process improvement projects Identify automation opportunities and implement efficiencies through reporting tools, scripting, and workflow enhancements Provide responsive operational support outside standard business hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting financial or accounting systems in a professional services environment Prior experience within the legal industry is strongly preferred Hands-on expertise with Elite 3E is highly desired; comparable experience with Aderant may also be considered Advanced SQL and reporting experience required Proficiency with Power BI is essential Exposure to Python or PowerShell scripting is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a high-accountability environment Work Arrangement This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays per week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are designated in-office collaboration days for all employees.
