Job Description

Experteer Overview In this Senior Portfolio Engineer role, you will help shape fixed income portfolios and support Investment Policy Committee decisions. You will collaborate with Research, Trading, and peers to develop ideas and scale strategies for a global client base. You translate top-down views into portfolio tilts and lead new strategy development to address client objectives. You will communicate insights to internal teams and sophisticated clients, contributing to a broader mission of improving investment outcomes.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Support the Investment Policy Committee with construction, implementation, and ongoing management of all fixed income strategies
  • Review portfolios for alignment with IPC views and guidelines, and assist with rebalances and risk controls
  • Translate macro and sector views into duration, curve shape, sector weights, and security selection tilts
  • Lead development of new fixed income strategies for a global client base
  • Participate in external client meetings and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Maintain and enhance portfolio tools to improve performance and scalability Tasks
  • 7+ years of fixed income experience in a similar portfolio management role including buy-side research and trading
  • Strong drive to lead cross-team growth initiatives
  • Proven ability to communicate insights and drive portfolio impact
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets and work with financial data systems
  • Desire to apply knowledge to support clients Key requirements
