Sr Analyst, FP&A This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL areas. D&H is growing! Summary A Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, evaluating strategic initiatives and report creation to support the Financial Planning & Analysis and Sales teams. The Senior Financial Analyst will work with Leadership and Executives to evaluate opportunities and monitor the performance of the business. The position will also manage and maintain various dashboards used to track and forecast KPI's as required. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day analytical requests of the Finance and Sales departments; provide and measure status for strategic Initiatives. Utilize database tools and Excel to identify and effectively communicate key metrics to senior management. Propose projects to achieve cost/quality/service objectives based on data analysis. Construct simulation models and analyze the impacts and benefits of investments and changes considered by the organization. Collaborate effectively with various departments throughout D&H to establish partnerships and bridge the gap between Finance, Sales, and Operations. Provide ongoing monitoring/reporting on critical projects to the executive team as necessary. Requirements Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, & Power Point is required. 5+ years of previous related analyst experience. Prior experience or knowledge in business intelligence systems (Cognos, Hyperion, etc) a plus. EOE
