Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid - Columbus, Ohio)

Hybrid | Columbus, Ohio We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis within our growing manufacturing organization. This hybrid role, based in Columbus, Ohio , partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that enhance operational and business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning. Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports and analysis for U.S. and global stakeholders. Conduct in-depth variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments to support decision-making. Build, enhance, and maintain financial models for scenario planning, pricing, and capital investment evaluations. Partner with operations, supply chain, sales, HR, and IT to support strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes. Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, including required experience within a manufacturing environment. Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with BI tools is a plus. Strong understanding of
U.S. GAAP
