Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports Corporate Finance across FP&A, reporting, incentive compensation, and operational improvement initiatives. This role delivers data-driven insights to support decision-making and executive reporting, with exposure to ELT, Regional leadership, and the Board. Reports to the Senior Manager, Finance.
Duties & Responsibilities
_FP&A & Performance Analysis_
+ Support budgeting and forecasting for multiple cost centers + Analyze P&L results, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights
_Incentive Compensation_
+ Support monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs, including Technology and Vertical Markets incentives + Ensure accurate data, tracking, and payout calculations; assess program effectiveness
_Reporting & Executive Deliverables_
+ Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and ad hoc requests + Develop executive-ready-presentations for ELT, Regional, and BOD audiences + Maintain dashboards and standardized reporting tools
_Data & Visualization_
+ Extract and analyze data from Oracle, Essbase, and related systems + Create clear, impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
_Process Improvement & Support_
+ Identify opportunities to improve reporting and financial processes + Support cross-functional initiatives and month-end close (journal entries as needed)
Qualifications
_Education & Experience_
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred) + 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role
_Technical Skills_
+ Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion preferred + Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau) + Strong PowerPoint skills, including executive-level presentations + Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, advanced analytics platforms) to enhance data analysis, forecasting, or reporting efficiency preferred
_Core Skills_
+ Strong financial acumen and analytical capability + Effective communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities + Collaborative and proactive mindset
