Join Our Team as a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst - Aderant Expert and Drive Innovation in Legal Financial Technology! Are you a seasoned financial systems professional with deep expertise in Aderant Expert? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to spearhead the support, development, and optimization of our firm's financial systems. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in customizing, implementing, and maintaining Aderant Expert, ensuring seamless financial operations within a fast-paced legal environment. If you thrive on technical challenges and have a passion for enhancing financial processes through innovative solutions, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Aderant Expert customizations, including Classic and Framework forms, inquiries, rules, and workflows.
- Utilize the DocuDraft toolkit to develop and modify legal documents efficiently.
- Design scalable data warehouse solutions, optimize data models, and develop ETL pipelines for enhanced financial reporting and business intelligence.
- Develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and data endpoints to streamline data processing and integration.
- Support the full lifecycle of financial systems, from planning and implementation to testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to define requirements, perform UAT, and support system upgrades.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience working with Aderant Expert, including customization and database design.
- Extensive knowledge of Aderant Expert Classic and Framework platforms.
- Proven experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Point, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and PowerShell.
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite, including MS Access, Power Apps, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with Iron Python and API-Rest Framework.
- Experience integrating other financial systems like Expert Image, EIS, Intapp Time, and Chrome River.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Have Skills:
- Prior experience working within a law firm environment.
- Knowledge of financial database structures specific to law firm operations.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and custom document management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Aderant Expert and related financial systems.
- Demonstrated success in system customization, development, and integration.
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work environment (4 days in-office, flexible remote options).
- Willingness to participate in occasional travel or after-hours support if needed.
- Relevant certifications in financial or systems analysis are a plus.
