Summary Own the end-to-end processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes making sure every transaction lands accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and operational standards. In this role, you ll sit at the center of the Operations ecosystem, partnering with internal teams and external counterparties to keep trade flows moving and issues resolved quickly. What you ll do Validate, process, and settle trades in internal systems across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial products. Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement status; investigate exceptions and drive break resolution through to closure. Reconcile trade activity with custodians, brokers, and counterparties, ensuring records match and risks are surfaced early. Partner closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and external parties to troubleshoot failed settlements and reduce recurring issues. Maintain accurate transaction records and support reporting for audits, controls testing, and compliance requests. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance systems to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. What you bring Experience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions. Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and post-trade processes. Familiarity with industry platforms such as DTCC, Bloomberg, and/or SWIFT (or similar). Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. Analytical, proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across financial software platforms. Curiosity to expand your knowledge across multiple asset classes.
