You're analytical, organized, collaborative, and ready to grow in a fast‑paced corporate environment while supporting cash operations and pension administration. You Will Support Cash Operations — Assist with daily cash positioning, monitor bank activity, track transactions, and support bank reconciliations. Maintain Treasury Reporting — Prepare treasury reports, maintain documentation, and support month‑end and quarter‑end activities. Support Banking Administration — Assist with account maintenance, user access coordination, and related administrative tasks. Assist Pension Administration — Support funding schedules, reporting, payment processing, documentation, and audit requests. Partner Across the Business — Work to enhance processes, controls, and policy compliance. You Bring Education in Finance or Related Field — Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. Early‑Career Experience — 0-3 years of internship or professional experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or operations. Strong Attention to Detail — Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate documentation. Analytical Skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with financial data. Clear Communication — Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to Prioritize — Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Tech Exposure — Experience with ERP systems or banking platforms is a plus. Growth Mindset — Eagerness to learn, strong customer service orientation, and a collaborative approach.Location:
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days onsite in the Shelton, CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.Sponsorship:
