As a Treasury Analyst, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate treasury operations and play a pivotal role in managing critical functions such as daily cash and bank account management, M&A, international treasury relationships and more. DaVita is a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where no two days are alike. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, hitting deadlines and following policy & procedures while also having the ability to shift to strategic thinking and considering broader business objectives. This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of multiple Treasury projects simultaneously, managing priorities, deadlines and resources in a high-demand, constantly changing environment. Proactively manage and execute tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Maintain and support the daily cash position, short-term forecast, execute fund transfers, FX trades and investments. Facilitate effective meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives, ensuring both departmental and organizational success. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving challenges that arise in Treasury processes. Continuously seek new opportunities to improve processes and add value to the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) highly preferred 3+ years Corporate Treasury knowledge and experience Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting Ability to travel several times a year Here is what you can expect when you join our
