  • Position Summary
  • This role as a Senior Analyst of Health Care Delivery (HCD) Performance Management, will provide support for all financial planning and analysis for Health Care Delivery.
Reporting to the Lead Director of HCD Finance, you'll be responsible for the management and consolidation of HCD financial deliverables including month close and expense analysis. This role is an opportunity to join a high-growth asset in HCD that is a strategically important value driver for CVS over the next several years. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Responsibilities
  • + Support the HCD performance management reporting cadence (close and monthly deliverables), including timelines, templates, and coordination across business units + Consolidate business unit submissions into a HCD-level view; perform completeness/accuracy checks and drive follow-ups to resolve gaps and inconsistencies + Track and reconcile key financial and operating metrics and headcount across business units; ensure alignment between reported outputs and financial system results + Perform variance and trend analysis; develop clear drivers/bridges and risks & opportunities commentary to support leadership discussions + Support executive-ready materials for all enterprise asks; communicate insights to HCD finance leadership and coordinate responses/follow-ups •Required Qualifications•+ 2+ years of financial modeling, forecasting, or analytical experience utilizing analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial results + Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex models •Preferred Qualifications•+ 3+ years of financial modeling, forecasting, or analytical experience utilizing analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial results + Knowledge of Health Care Delivery and/or healthcare financial drivers and operating metrics + Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting leadership reviews + High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and controls + Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines + Experience with financial planning systems (e.
g., SAP)

  • 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.
00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
