  • Primary Responsibilities
  • + Administrator for financial reporting software being utilized by several teams across the organization + Partner with key stakeholders to verify financial allocation accuracy + Analysis of month-end and forecast variances, with commentary provided to Finance Leadership + Submission of Financial data from our local ERP into consolidation software for Corporate review + Monthly creation of financial statements utilized by senior finance leadership for month-end close and forecast reviews + Oversight of monthly financial calendar and department operating rhythm + Continuous Improvement / Process Redesign •Requirements•
Knowledge:
  • + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI preferred + Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently + Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement + Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner + Results driven individual with a track record to support + Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills + Time Management skills, with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines + Strong analytical skills •
Experience:
  • + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + 1+ years' finance and accounting experience
