Summary:

To gather, analyze, and centralize all AnMed units of service and statistics. Responsible for the monthly comprising of all AnMed s statistics and revenue variances. Assist with the operating and capital budget, while being the key lead for Units of Service and Gross Revenue. Responsibilities Develop strategies for data acquisitions and constructs data loading files for all flex indicators. Responsible for monthly units of service (UOS) data loads. Performs multi-dimensional analysis to ensure all data ties back to source systems, along with hospital occupancy calculations. Leads and/or assists with training sessions for new leadership training. Assesses user needs and designs training for multi-level management users. Prepares and/or maintains user training documentation and training schedule. Completes hospital surveys and questionnaires as assigned. Pull daily revenue reports and send summary email with budget comparison. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of Financial Planning system for budget season to include report design and maintenance, data entry access, and data calculations. Responsible for monthly research involving flexing departments, primarily but not limited to revenue and units of service. Responsible for the annual Revenue budget including summary schedules, researching and documenting variances and changes. Also, assisting the Financial Planning Database/System Administrator comparing FTEs and Salary Expense. Qualifications BS or BA in Accounting, Information Systems, or Business with systems administration experience. 2-3 years experience in healthcare preferred. Requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within both accounting and information systems fields. Benefits
