  • $120,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications CPA Financial model construction SAP Dynamic financial modeling Bachelor's degree GAAP Master of Business Administration Excel data analysis Full Job Description What You'll Do Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates in partnership with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams Build and maintain financial models for long-range planning, capital investment analysis, and scenario planning Prepare monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis, trend commentary, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership Analyze manufacturing cost drivers — raw materials, labor, overhead, and yield — and identify opportunities for margin improvement Partner with plant controllers and operations managers to understand site-level performance and translate it into corporate financials Support pricing decisions, new business analysis, and strategic initiatives with data-driven financial modeling Improve planning tools, templates, and processes to increase speed and accuracy across the finance function Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities in coordination with the accounting team Prepare presentations and financial summaries for executive and board-level audiences What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, or corporate finance; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills required (financial modeling, scenario analysis, pivot tables); Power BI or Tableau experience a plus Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; familiarity with manufacturing cost modules is a plus Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and cost accounting fundamentals Strong communicator — you can present complex financial data clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required
