Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis within a manufacturing setting in Columbia, South Carolina. This role partners closely with finance and operational teams to turn financial data into practical recommendations that strengthen profitability, efficiency, and planning. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a command of manufacturing finance, and the ability to communicate clear insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial activities across the business and by division.
- Prepare leadership reports and detailed schedules that support business reviews and decision-making.
- Evaluate results against plan through variance analysis, trend reviews, and performance reporting for operational leadership.
- Analyze profitability, pricing, product mix, and sales patterns to uncover margin improvement and growth opportunities.
