Business Financial Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Business Office Operations Process and manage all sales-related paperwork, including vehicle titles, registrations, and insurance verification Maintain accuracy and organization across all deal documentation Finance & Application Processing Process credit and financing applications accurately and efficiently Work directly with lenders to secure approvals and funding Ensure all deals are structured and finalized in full compliance with legal and dealership standards Customer Interaction & Support Provide a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer experience Assist customers in understanding and selecting protection options, including: Extended service contracts GAP insurance Tire & wheel protection Maintenance plans Performance & Compliance Meet monthly targets for back-end product penetration Ensure all disclosures, contracts, and required documentation are completed accurately and signed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in office administration or customer service (dealership experience a plus) Experience with financing applications or DMS systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional phone presence and communication skills Comfortable learning new software and systems Willingness to stay current with industry training and trends Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Tiered bonus structure based on performance
